USD prices and checkout
Prices and orders are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and any order-specific charges are displayed during checkout before you place the order. Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase within our stated delivery area. Review the final total before confirming.
Payment options
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and any other payment methods displayed during checkout. Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported options that may be offered depending on device, location, currency and checkout eligibility. A payment method is available only when it is actually presented for your order. Shopify provides payment technology; Aquadaze remains responsible for its products, fulfillment and refunds.
Authorization and charges
Your payment provider may place a temporary authorization or pending entry to check funds. A pending authorization is not necessarily a settled charge. Final capture and posting depend on the payment method and order processing. If you are unsure whether a charge settled, contact your provider and us with the order reference; do not submit repeated payments to resolve an unexplained pending entry.
Failed or duplicate payments
Check the billing details, available funds and any bank verification request. If a payment fails, contact your provider before trying again. For a suspected duplicate charge, send us the order number, date and amount without including full card details. We may request reasonable order verification to prevent fraud.
One-time purchases
Our listed products are one-time purchases. We do not offer an automatic renewal or subscription option for this catalog.
Refunds and payment safety
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Use the secure checkout. We do not request full card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, payment to a personal account, cryptocurrency or an off-site bank transfer by email. Read return eligibility.
