Seller and acceptance
This website, aquadaze.com, is operated by Boopis 99Smore Direct INC, trading as Aquadaze. These terms apply to use of the website and purchases from our store. By ordering, you confirm that you can form a binding contract or have the authority and permission needed to do so.
Accounts and accurate information
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Keep account credentials confidential and tell us about suspected unauthorized use. Do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its security, submit malicious material or infringe another person’s rights.
Products, compatibility and availability
Read the selected product’s specifications, age guidance, compatibility and included-item list before ordering. Screen colors and image scale can differ from the physical item. Availability can change. Product images may show context or accessories that are not included unless the description says otherwise.
Orders, pricing and errors
Prices are in USD. Review items, delivery details, applicable taxes and the final checkout total before submitting. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request. If an error, unavailable item or verification issue affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it, offer an appropriate alternative only with your agreement, or cancel and refund as required. We do not change a completed order’s price without your agreement.
Payment, delivery and cancellation
Use the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment Policy explains authorizations and payment help. We offer free Standard shipping with no minimum purchase to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories or APO/FPO military addresses. Standard orders are processed in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, Standard transit is estimated at 2–4 business days, for an estimated total of 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Standard is our only delivery service.
For a change or cancellation, contact us promptly. We will confirm whether fulfillment can still be stopped. Delayed dispatch will be handled with notice, revised timing and cancellation/refund options as required by law.
Returns and related policies
Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy provide the corresponding purchase and privacy details. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Intellectual property and third parties
Website content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks and model references belong to their owners and identify products or compatibility; they do not imply endorsement. External links and platform tools are provided for their stated purpose and have their own terms and privacy practices.
Responsibility and legal rights
Use products according to their instructions and stated limitations. We do not exclude or restrict warranties, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here removes non-waivable rights under applicable U.S. federal or state law. The law that applies to a dispute depends on applicable legal rules and your protected consumer rights; this policy does not require you to waive those rights.

We may update these terms by posting a revised date. Material changes apply as permitted by law and do not retroactively remove rights from a completed purchase. Contact us with an order or terms question.
