30-calendar-day return window
Request a return within 30 calendar days after the delivery date, not the order date. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, undamaged and include its supplied accessories. Please retain packaging where practical.
Problem items
We support resolutions for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed items. These cases are not subject to a requirement that damaged goods be unused or undamaged. Contact us promptly with the order number and details; photos are helpful where practical. Prompt reporting helps us investigate and does not shorten the stated return period or rights provided by law.
Start a return
Email support@aquadaze.com with the order number, item and reason. Wait for our instructions before posting the item. We will provide a prepaid return label and the correct return address for an eligible return. The business correspondence address is not an automatic returns address.
Shipping, fees and exchanges
We cover return shipping for eligible returns. No restocking fee applies. We do not offer exchanges. After a refund, you may place a separate new order; replacement availability and price are not guaranteed.
Refund timing
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
If you have not received a credit after allowing for your provider’s processing time, contact your provider and then contact us with the order details.
Cancellation and consumer rights
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. We will check fulfillment status and confirm whether it can be stopped. A request made after dispatch may need to follow the return process. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable U.S. federal or state law.
